6.3. Removal and installation of the fan of a heater and additional resistor

GENERAL INFORMATION

Heater block

1–heater radiator;
2–screw;
3–box of distribution of streams of air;
4–the executive electric motor of the switching valve "fresh / retsirkuliruyemy air";
5–screw;
6–heater fan;

7–casing of the fan of a heater;
8–screw;
9–the block of resistors with protection against an overheat;
10-screw;
11-lever of the central zaslonka;
12-the lever of the zaslonka operating air temperature

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a ware box.

2. Disconnect electric sockets from the additional resistor (9).

3. Disconnect the electric socket from the fan of a heater (6).

4. Unscrew the screw (10) and remove the additional resistor.

5. Down take the heater fan.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the heater fan.

2. Establish the additional resistor and fix the screw.

3. Connect electric sockets of the additional resistor and the heater fan.

4. Establish a ware box.
