3.6.1.2. Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear a surface for installation of a sealing ring.

2. Grease a new sealing ring with fresh cooling liquid and establish it into place.

3. Establish the water pump. At installation of the water pump on all engines, except the engine 1,4-I, the cap in the case of the pump should be from below.

4. Fix the water pump three screws and tighten them the moment of 15 Nanometers (the engine 1,4-I – 20 Nanometers).

Engine 1,6-I

5. Establish a back casing of a gear belt and fix it a bolt (1), having tightened it the moment of 20 Nanometers (see fig. Water pump of the engine 1,6-I).

Engine 1,4-I

6. Establish the holder of a directing roller and fix it a bolt (2), having tightened it the moment of 25 Nanometers (see fig. Elements of fastening of the water pump on the petrol engine 1,4-I).

7. Establish gear driving belts.

Engine 1,6-I

8. Establish and fix bolts the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt, having tightened bolts the moment of 25 Nanometers.

9. Establish poliklinovy a belt.

10. Fill in cooling liquid in system of cooling of the engine.
