12.4. Replacement of brake shoes on FN-3 support

12.4.1. Removal
GENERAL INFORMATION

Forward brake with FN-3 support
1–the screw with crosswise shlitsy, 4 Nanometers;
2–brake disk. In need of replacement replace both lobbies brake a disk. Before removal of a brake disk it is necessary to remove a support;
3–brake shoes;
4–spring latch;
5–holder of a support;
6–support;
7–a directing bolt, 28 Nanometers;
8–protective casing;
9–a brake hose with a tip under a hollow bolt, 35 Nanometers. At replacement of brake shoes a brake hose not to unscrew;
 10-a bolt with a corrugated head, 125 Nanometers. Before a vvinchivaniye of a bolt clear a basic surface of a head of a bolt and a carving;
11-rotary fist;
12-a bolt with an internal shestigrannik, 8 Nanometers;
13-ABS sensor;
14-partition;
15-bolt, 10 Nanometers;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prevention

Surely make replacement of all blocks on one axis of the car even if the limit of wear were reached by only one block. If brake shoes are repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.
1. Weaken bolts of fastening of a forward wheel, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a wheel.
3. Remove the dustproof casings closing directing bolts of the support.
4. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, from the outer side of a support remove fixing spring.
5. Unscrew directing bolts of a support.
6. Remove a support and, using a soft wire, tie up it to a forward rack.
Prevention

The brake support should not hang on a brake hose. The brake hose should not stretch or be overwound.
7. Remove an external brake shoe from the holder of a support.
8. Having pulled for an internal brake shoe, take a spring clamp of a block from the support piston.
